Business Development Manager


🚛 Business Development Manager – Contract Logistics (Belgium)


📍 Location: Belgium | 💼 Full-time | 💰 €3,500–€6,000/month + up to 15% bonus


We’re growing our Contract Logistics team and looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to help shape the future of our logistics operations across Belgium.


If you have 2–3 years of B2B sales experience and a solid track record in contract logistics or 3PL, this could be your next big move.


🔍 What You’ll Do

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the Belgian market
  • Manage deals with contract values ranging from €500k to €1.5M
  • Sell warehousing and value-added logistics solutions (how many square meters have you closed?)
  • Collaborate with operational and solution design teams to tailor proposals
  • Build long-term client relationships while hunting for new opportunities


What You Bring

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably within contract logistics or 3PL
  • Proven revenue impact and deal-closing ability (500k–1.5M range)
  • Understanding of warehousing, fulfillment, and end-to-end logistics
  • Strong commercial acumen and a consultative approach to B2B sales
  • Knowledge of the Belgian logistics market and local customer expectations
  • Excellent communication in Dutch and/or French, English is a plus
